Tasting Menus

There are many options for your tasting, and it should reflect your taste and the foods you enjoy. I’ve listed below some sample ideas but they are just starting points. We can work together to design a menu that appeals to you!

First Menu:

  • French Rosé with Summer Tomato Tart
  • Oregon Pinot Noir and Sesame Ginger Meatballs with Apricot Sauce
  • Southern Italy (Etna) Red with Pear and Prosciutto Bruschetta
  • Australian Sparkling Shiraz with Flourless Chocolat Torte

Second Menu:

  • Provence Sparkling Rosé and Brie with Apples, Honey and Walnuts
  • California Chardonnay with Dundee Chicken Dip
  • Australian Shiraz with Smoked Salmon Tarts
  • California Red Blend and Meatballs in Vodka Sauce

Third Menu:

  • California Sparkling Brut with Fromage Fort and Rosemary, Almond and Parmesan Cocktail Cookies
  • Italian Pinot Grigio with Roasted Shrimp Cocktail
  • California Zinfandel with Cranberry Meatballs
  • Vin Santo Dessert Wine and Wine-Poached Pears
